A. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 100ft Sandbag Front Rack Carry @ challenging
2nd – 6 DB Step-Overs 20/24” Box – heavy DBs/arm
B. Step in Box Jump on to High Box, 1 rep every 30 sec x 5 minutes
C. 3 rounds for time:
15 Burpee Pull-Ups *scale this with 6 Burpees + 6 Jumping Pull-Ups
10 Push Jerks @ 75/115lbs
