B. For Time: – teams of 2

Row Cals – 30,20,10

Toes to Bar – 30,20,10

Double KB Push Jerks @ 16/24kg/hand – 30,20,10

Double Unders – 125,100,75

Farmer Carry @ 16/24kg/hand – 400ft, 300ft, 200ft
