Wednesday – OHS int Test [6/4/2/1] + Shoulder to OH + Upper CP 1/2/3 + Jumping
A. Overhead Squat, work to a MAX set of 2
B. Push Jerk. Split Jerk 2.1 every 1:30 min x 6 sets
C1. False Grip Pullups on Rings, AMRAP unbroken x 3 sets, 1 min
C2. Strict Ring Dips, AMRAP unbroken x 3 sets, 1 min
C3. Skill Work, HS stands, toes to bar, pullups, HS Walking, Rope Climb x 3 sets, 1 min
D. Depth Jump in to Broad Jump, drop off low box, into broad jump AFAP every 30 sec x 5 minutes
