A. Overhead Squat, work to a MAX set of 4
B. Push Press. Push Jerk. Split Jerk 1.1.1 every 2 min x 5 sets – building per set
C1. Strict Ring Dips, AMRAP unbroken x 3 sets, 1 min
C2. Seated DB Hammer Curls @ 40×0, 10-12 reps x 3 sets, 1 min
C3. Toes to Bar, AMRAP unbroken x 3 sets, 1 min –
D. Seated Box Jump, 1 rep every 20 sec x 5 minutes
