A2. Mixed Carry, 200ft [switch @ 100ft] x 3 sets, 10 sec *challenging, but unbroken
A3. 3 Quick Med Ball Cleans over Shoulder AFAP x 3 sets, rest until full recovery
B. Static Box Jump, 1 rep every 20 sec x 5 minutes
C. For Time:
40 Russian KBS @ 16/24kg
100ft Single Arm OH Walking Lunge @ 35/50lbs – can use any arm
20 Wall Over Climbs @ 40/44” – no burpee, just climb over
