A. Deadlift @ 11×1, 6 reps every 2 min x 3 sets – last set challenging, building from last week – coach position
B. 5 sets:
400m Run @ 75% – breathe, focus on technique, being efficient
400m Rowing @ 85-90%
15/20 Cal AirBike @ 85-90%
3 min b/t sets
