2nd – 30 sec Skill Movement/Gym – have rep scheme in place
B. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 1 Power Clean + 3 Push Jerks – building, good position
2nd – 30 sec Skill Movement/Gym – have rep scheme in place – individualize here
C. 9—>1 for time:
DB Thrusters @ 20/35lbs/arm
