A1. Double KB Push Press @ 40×0, AMRAP unbroken @ tough/loading per arm x 3 sets, 1 min
A2. Supinated Grip Barbell Rows @ 40×0, 5-7 tough reps x 3 sets, 1 min
A3. Seated Rope Climb from Floor, 1-3 reps x 3 sets, 1 min
B. Front Squat, work to a MAX set of 5
C. EMOM x 12 minutes
1st – 10 Hamstring Curls on Swiss Ball @ 20×0
2nd – AMSAP Top of Ring Dip Hold
3rd – 30 sec Heavy Farmer Hold – engage core
