Monday – Upper Int/Varied + Team MWG WaterFall
A. Push Press. Push Jerk. Split Jerk 1.1.1 – work to a challenging set
B. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 6-8 DB Bench Press @ 20×1
2nd – “30 sec Pulling”- 3-5 Strict Weighted Pullups, Pullups, DB Bent Over Rows, Pendlay Rows, etc
C. 10 rounds for time – water fall style – teams of 2-3
8/10 Cal AirBike
5 Burpees – no jump @ top
2 Med Ball Cleans Over Shoulder @ 100/150lbs
