A. EMOM x 15 minutes:
1st – 3-5 tough Push Press @ 11×1
2nd – 3-5 Weighted Supinated Grip Pullups
3rd – 10-15 sec L-Sit Hanging from Pullup Bar
B. Back Squat @ 20×1, work to a tough set of 15 reps – warm-up with sets of 4-5 reps, then go for it ->reps to be completed under 50 seconds
