“I used to drive by the Southwest Strength gym and always take a peek when the door was open. It looked so fun. When I saw the sign up for the bootcamp I thought this was my chance to give it a try. I was excited, but it was out of my comfort zone. The group was so encouraging and upbeat that it didn’t take long at all to get comfortable, even excited about coming to the gym. I found that working out in a group pushed me just a little bit harder than all of those workouts I had done at home, just having the whole group working hard kept me going too. Sara’s coaching was top notch, all of the movements were easily altered for all fitness levels which was great for a group. For me there was a great feeling of accomplishment at the end of each workout. I enjoyed this bootcamp so much that I will definitely be back.” – Kim Radcliffe
