Southwest Active – Saturday – April.21

Saturday – Sled Push/Pull + Grinder
A1. 50ft Sled Push @ heavy x 3 sets, 10 sec – like really heavy – consistent Pushing, but should be a slow march
A2. 50ft Sled Push @ light x 3 sets, 2 min – this should be lighter and faster
B. 50ft Sled Pull with Pulling Rope x 5 sets, rest as needed – stay bent over, dont stand up, keep hands moving, if you have to stop – the sled is to heavy
C. Teams of 2, 6 rounds for time:
15 Cal AirBike or 15 Cal Ski Erg or 20 Cal Row
30 DU’s/60 Single Unders
10 DB Snatch @ 35/50lbs
