B. DB Rear Elevated Split Squat @ 3012, 5/leg x 3 sets, rest as needed b/t legs
C. For Time:
15 Squat Cleans @ 75/115lbs
30 Burpees to 6 “ OH
45 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
60 Cal Rowing
