C. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 3 Kipping HSPU or 3 CGBP – Kipping HSPU can be to a deficit
2nd – 20 sec Toes to Bar 
D. 10 rounds for time:
3 Strict Pullups
3 Ring Pushups
