A. Back Squat @ 30×1, 5-7 reps x 3 sets, 2-3 min b/t
B. 1 BTN Snatch Grip Push Press + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS x 3 sets, 2 min b/t
C. Complete Until Failure:

From Minutes 0 to 2 minutes complete the following,
7 Burpees over 20/24” Box
7 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
7 Hang Power Snatch @ 45/65lbs
*if completed before 2 minutes, rest

From minutes 2-4 minutes complete the following,
8 Burpees over 20/24” Box
8 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
8 Hang Power Snatch @ 45/65lbs
*if completed before 4 minutes, rest

If completed before 4 minutes, continue…
From minutes 4-6 minutes complete the following,
9 Burpees over 20/24”
9 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
9 Hang Power Snatch @ 45/65lbs
*if completed before 6 minutes, rest
Continue adding 1 rep per 2 min (6-8, 8-10,10-12 min, etc) – continue until failure
*score is total reps completed…
