Over 1 year ago this little señorita started her fitness journey! Cool to see her progress the past 12 months.  Keep it up Court!

New training cycle starting this week, building from last design. Hope everyone is ready to work and have some fun. The next 6 weeks  will focus on the following – here are layouts for the day’s for some of you that don’t come 4 days a week.  Any questions send me a message!

Monday – Bsq Int Sets + Sn Varied + Sn Based Tester

Tuesday  – Upper/Lower ECC

Wednesday – Low % MAP + EMOM MAP

Thursday – CJ Varied + Upper CP EMOM + Gym EMOM

Friday – MAP 30/30 + 60/60 + 90/90

 

Wk 1 – Feb. 5
Monday – Bsq Int Sets + Sn Varied + Sn Based Tester
A. Back Squat @ 30×1, 6-8 reps x 3 sets, 2-3 min b/t
B. Snatch Balance, 3 reps x 3 sets, 2-3 min b/t – focus is position – have everyone pause for 1 second in the bottom every rep
C. For Time:
25 Cal Rowing
25 OHS @ 35/45lbs
25 Cal Rowing
25 OHS @ 55/75lbs
25 Cal Rowing
25 OHS @ 75/115lbs
