A. Front Squat, work to a tough set of 10
B. Barbell Romanian Deadlifts @ 40×1, 10-8-6, 2-3 min b/t – all tough sets –
C. EMOM x 20 minutes:
1st – 5 L arm DB Push Press + 5 R arm DB Push Press @ challenging load
2nd – 20 sec Kipping Pull-Ups/Rope Rows or Hand over hand Rope Pulls
3rd – 10 Pendlay Rows
4th – 20 sec Toes to Bar/V-Ups/Hollow Hold

A. Tall Snatch Drops, 3 reps x 3 sets, 1 min
B. Squat Snatch, work to a single
C. Tall Jerks, 5 reps x 2 sets, 1 min
D. Split Jerk, work to a single
