Monday – Bsq Int Sets + Upper Int + Core/Skill
A. Back Squat, work to a tough set of 2 – only one tough set/ensure good volume
B. EMOM x 20 minutes:
1st – 4-5 Weighted Strict Dips – can be unloaded/scale as needed
2nd – 4-5 Weighted Strict Pull-Ups – can be unloaded/scale as needed
3rd – 30 sec Choice of Skill Practice – pick a rep scheme
4th – 45 sec FLR on Rings
