Fantastic weekend. Our Southwest Strength team did not disappoint.
As I write this blog post it gets me excited and emotional. Very proud of the effort by every single person that competed yesterday in the barbell classic. So many PR’s and displays of awesome sportsmanship.
We had the following podium:
Mens Strong man
I think every single athlete hit at least one PR, some multiple (Andrew PRd every lift this weekend – talk about elite fitness ;)).
With all of our podium finishes we earned the most amount of team POINTS and won first overall out of all the gyms that competed! Super proud. Be sure to congratulate these athletes when you see them.
