5th – 100m Running
6th – 5 Deadlifts @ 185/255lb

Wk 3 – July. 24
Tuesday – Sn EMOM + Clean EMOM + Split Jerk
A. Squat Snatch. Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch 1.1 x 8-10 sets, 1-2 min
B. 2 Position Clean + Split Jerk, (Above Knee Hang Squat Clean. Squat Clean), 1 rep per position + 1 Split Jerk x 8 sets, 2 min
C. BTN Split Jerk. Split Jerk 1.2 – work to a tough set
