A. Power Snatch. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch. Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch. OHS 1.1.1.1 x 8-10 sets, 1-2 min
B. Power Clean. Above Knee Hang Power Clean. Hi-Hang Squat Clean. Split Jerk 1.1.1.1 x 8 sets, 1-2 min
C. Split Jerk, work to a tough triple
