Just wanted to give everyone and FYI that all classes TUESDAY – JULY 18 – will be held at Melita track for our 1 mile test!!!!! Make sure to sign up for the class, but show up @ melita track for your class time! Sara will be there. You will be warming up, dynamic, movement pre – 1 mile test, then an easy 20 min MAP session with sandbags and med balls!!!

Monday – CGBP/Row + Upper Assistance + Core/Strongman AMRAP
A. Bench Press, 15 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min *goal is to increase loading every set
B. Barbell Bent Over Rows @ 40×0, 8-12 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min
C. EMOM x 20 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 50ft Sled Push @ higher loading
2nd – 15 Russian KBS AHAP
3rd – 8-12 DB Step-Ups on to 20” or appropriate box @ moderate loading *use two DBs – 1/arm
4th – 3-6 Tire Flips
