Wednesday – Sumo Deadlift Int + Bsq Speed EMOM + Core/Gym EMOM
A. Sumo Deadlift @ 11×1, 2 reps every 2 min x 5 sets – start @ challenging load – + 10-20lbs every set
B. Back Squat @ 10×1, 2 reps @ 72% every min x 8 minutes
C. EMOM x 20 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 5 Push-Ups + 5 Wall Balls @ heavier ball than usual to 9/10ft
2nd – 5 Pull-Ups + 5 DB Hang Cleans @ heavy loading
3rd – 100ft Farmer Carry AHAP – go heavy here people 🙂
4th – 3-6 Tire Flips – yes tire flips 🙂
