B. EMOM x 10 minutes @ high effort:
2 Strict Pull-Ups
3 Hand-Release Push-Ups
5 Air Squats

C. EMOM x 10 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 5 L arm Hang KB Snatch + 5 L arm OH KB Forward Lunges @ challenging load
2nd – 5 R arm Hang KB Snatch + 5 R arm OH KB Forward Lunges @ challenging load
