Toes to Bar Practice/Toes to Rings – practice superman/to hollow
HSPU Practice – HS/Wall Facing HS Holds/Wall Facing Lateral Wall Walks/FLR on Rings/Cart Wheels, etc
Rope Climbs to 12ft – show clamp/scaled options
Rest  *practice this for about 15 or so min after warm-up
