Monday – CGBP/Row + Upper Assistance + Core/Strongman AMRAP
A1. CGBP @ 40×1, 8-10 heavy reps x 3 sets, 10 sec
A2. Feet Elevated Parallel Grip Ring Rows @ 40×1, 8-12 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min
B. AMRAP in 5 minutes:
Strict Pull-Up – 1,2,3,4,5, etc
Push-Up – 2,4,6,8,10,etc
C. EMOM x 15 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 150ft Farmers Carry @ 50lbs/75lb + 3 Burpees
2nd – 30 sec Double KB Front Rack Hold @ high loading or 20-30 sec DB MedBall Hold @ 150lbs + 3 Burpees
3rd – 45 sec FLR on Rings
