100m Double KB Front Rack Carry @ 16/24kg – handles touching the entire time

100m Farmer Carry @ 50/75lb DBs

C. One Arm DB Rows @ 40×0, AMRAP Unbroken @ toughest load/tempo x 3 sets, 1 min b/t arms *ensure they are heavy
