Wk 2 – May. 8
Monday – Press/WCU Linear + EMOM Mixed MAP
A1. Press @ 11×1, 4 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min – all tough sets
A2. Weighted Pronated Pull-Up @ 21×1, 5 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min – *continue with negative lowering progressions
B. EMOM x 10 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 1 Wall Walk + 4 Burpees over Box @ 20/24”
2nd – 1 Wall Walk + 10 KBS @ 16/24kg
(5 min rest)
(EMOM x 10 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 10 DB Thrusters @ 25/40lbs/arm
2nd – 100m Run
