*this is a test, set a good pace on the 2k rowing – and chip away at burpees – a good score is getting to the skipping rope and getting reps
*if it scares you, you should come. If you don’t come because you think its to hard, or you don’t want to be uncomfortable – thats the wrong way to look at it. You guys put in the work, you deserve to test yourself. Yes its hard, will always be worth it – have a goal on this one, and shoot for it.
