Wk 5 – April. 24/Testing
Monday – Functional Body Building (Upper/Low Split) + Fsq Varied Tempo + Core EMOM
A. EMOM x 20 minutes:
1st – 5-7 Double Hang KB Cleans to OH
2nd – 6-8 Double KB Bent Over Rows @ toughest loading
3rd – 30ft DB Walking Lunges @ tough load per/arm
4th – 30-45 sec FLR on Rings
5th – 30 sec Skill Practice of your choice – Rope Climb/TTR/TTB/Pullup/HSPU/Handstand/Rollups, etc
B. Front Squat @ 22×1, 1-1-1-1, 3 min b/t – go for your heaviest pause squat
C. Core Choice: (optional – after class)
Stir the Pot – Accumulate 3 minutes
Hollow Hold – Accumulate 3 minutes
