Just shows you what one year of progress looks like in terms of measuring your fitness. Yes the tests changed, but that don’t matter. In order to get fitter you need to improve all areas of your fitness. Sara focused big time on her aerobic system and gymnastics!
We know that competition is not something everyone wants to or needs to do, but we think its important to have some sort of measure to see that progress! Thats why we encourage logging, and really giving full effort on pieces we declare as tests. Its a great feeling to see that progress.
