Thursday – Mixed Map Sets
10 sets @ high effort/85-90%:
3 Deadlifts @ 155/225lbs
4 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Russian KBS @ 24/32kg
6 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
Rest same as work time

 

Thursday – Muscle Snatch + Power Clean + EMOM MAP
A. Muscle Snatch, 1 tough rep every 30 sec x 10 minutes – start light and add weight every 30 sec
B. Power Clean, 3 reps x 3 sets, 2:30 min – building to your heaviest triple/reset b/t reps
C. EMOM x 15 minutes @ high effort:
1st – 3 Hang Squat Cleans + 3 Push Jerk @ 95/135lbs
2nd – 8-10 Bar Facing Burpees
3rd – 15 Wall Balls @ 15/20 to 9/10ft
