A. Bent Over Barbell Rows @ 40×1, 6 tough reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min (scaled)
B. AMRAP in 5 minutes – Hand – Release Push-Ups
C. 5 min AirBIke for max cals *good score for girls is 80+ and boys 100 – on air dyne 100 for girls and 150 for da boys..
D. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 30 sec Ring Body Saw

A. Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch 1.1 – work to a single
B. Tng Power Clean to Split Jerk, work to a single
C. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 3 Split Jerks @ moderate to challenging loading
2nd – 3 BTN Split Jerks @ moderate to challenging loading
