Monday – Deadlift Linear + Skills + 15 min AMRAP
A. Deadlift @ 11×1, 1 rep @ 90-95% x 5 sets, 3 min
B. 3 min AMRAP – DU’s or Single Unders *if you can do DU’s even for 1-10 reps do DU’s its a test we will get better 🙂
C. Increasing on the minute: – refer back to week of Jan. 2 – this is one of those how bad do you want to work workouts – you can make it easy or you can make it hard – your choice! – I can already see Karen Beauchamps face……..
Min 1: 1 Burpees on to plate 25/45lbs
Min 2: 2 Burpees on to plate 25/45lbs
MIn 3: 3 Burpees on to plate 25/45lbs
Min 4: 4 Burpees on to plate 25/45lbs
Min 5: 5 Burpees on to plate 25/45lbs
Min 6: etc
