This group on a Friday night gave me such good energy for the rest of the night. I am so pumped about the people we have brought together through our fitness community at Southwest Strength.
Saturday – Skills/Core + Team/Partner Map
EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 30 sec DU’s
2nd – 1 TGU/arm – as heavy as possible

3 sets @ high effort:
30 sec DB Snatch @ 35lbs/50lbs
30 sec Burpees
60 sec rest
30 sec AirBike/AirDyne
30 sec Burpees
60 sec rest
+
5 rounds for time – teams of 2
10 Deadlifts @ 155lbs/225lbs
25 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9/10ft
