20 sec Handstand Hold/FLR on Rings
20 sec Hang From Pull-Up Bar
C. AMRAP in 15 minutes:
8 Wall Balls @ 15/20lbs to 9ft/10ft
6 L arm Hang KB Snatch @ 16/24kg
6 R arm Hang KB Snatch @ 16/24kg
4 Burpees over the box @ 20/24”
