Meet one of our newest and youngest member Courtney Skelton. This girl is a WORKER and a pleasure to have in our classes. You can tell by watching her she is VERY determined, and keen on learning. Look out, I think we have another machine on our hands!

 

Tuesday – Upper EMOM + Partner Mixed Map
EMOM x 20 minutes:

Week 2 – Feb. 28/March 2
Tuesday – Sn Mod Complex + Cj Mod Complex + Jerk Balance/Tech
A. Squat Snatch. Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch 1.1.1 – work to a tough set – aim for 5 to 6 sets
B. Squat Clean. Front Squat. Split Jerk 1.2.1 -work to a tough set – aim for 5 to 6 sets
C. Jerk Balance, 5 reps x 3-5 sets,1:30 min – moderate sets – technique based
