A. Back Squat @ 20×1, work to a max set of 3
B. Barbell Reverse Lunges, 10 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min – make them challenging
C1. DB Rear Elevated Split Squats @ 40×0, 5 reps/leg x 5 sets, 30 sec b/t legs
C2. Hollow Hold, 30 sec x 5 sets, 1 min
D. Optional Conditioning:*
10 sets:
30 sec Rowing @ 85-90%
30 sec Rowing @ 50%
