Wednesday – Deadlift/Upper/Core + Mixed Map Sets
A. Double Overhand Clean Grip Deadlift @ 40×0, 2 reps every min x 5 minutes – make these heavy and challenging
B. 3 sets:
100m Prowler Push 45/90lbs
100m Reverse Sled Pull 45/90lbs
100m Double KB Front Rack Carry @ 16/24kg
50m L arm OH KB Carry @ 24kg/32kg
50m R arm OH KB Carry @ 24kg/32kg
Rest 2-4 min b/t
