A1. DB Russian Step-Ups @ 20×0, 10 reps/leg x 4 sets, -30 seconds, don’t alternate -10 reps per leg then switch
A2. Single Leg Glute Bridge @ 3030, 6-8 reps/leg x 4 sets, 1:30 min
B. Squat to Low Box @ 21×0, 2 reps every 45 sec x 12 sets – focus is speed and core control – box @ 90 degrees or slight lower
