1 Rope Climb to 15ft – scale with 5 Ring Rows
6 Pushups
25 Double Unders/50 Single Unders
-4 min rest
5 min @ 85-90%:
AMRAP Burpee Broad Jump 4ft – if they can’t jump burpee + 4 step-ups
