B. Barbell Split Squats @ 20×0, 5/leg x 4 sets, 30 sec b/t legs

C. 10 Rounds For Time:

3 press @ high load – 65/95lbs

1 Rope Climb to 15ft – use legs/scaled ring rows, rope pulls, banded pullups
