Amazing weekend. Southwest Strength was well represented in Regina this past weekend. Shoutout’s go to Danielle, Brandi, Brooke, Sara, Rienna,Bree, Alex and Ally for an amazing performance. Not only did they perform to the best of their ability but displayed an amazing attitude towards all events. Don’t be surprised if you see some motivated individuals this week at Southwest Strength.
As far as myself (coach Nathan) I couldn’t be more proud. My voice is completely gone and PRd my total caffeine consumption and cheeseburgers consumed in one day. Ask me at the gym and I’ll tell you. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Back on the horse this week. Let’s go.
