Monday – Fsq/Bsq Int + Prowler ALend –>Mixed LP 1/2 + Core
A1. Front Squat @ 20×1, 3 reps x 3 sets, 1 min
A2. Back Squat @ 20×1, 6 reps x 3 sets, 2:30 min – for Bsq use same weight as Fsq
B. Prowler Push @ 90/135lbs, 50-100ft @ very hard effort x 5-7 sets, 2-4 min b/t
C. Weighted Front Bridge, 30 sec on/30 sec off x 5 sets
