Thursday – Bsq emom + Upper EMOM + ALEnd–>LP1 EMOM x 20 minutes:

1st – 2-3 Weighted Pronated Pullups -jumping/assisted bar/ring rows etc

2nd – 1-2 Wall Walks

3rd- 1-2 Rope Climbs to 15ft

4th – 6-15 Pushups

Thursday -CJ Mod + BB Cycle/Gym skills

A. Squat Clean & Split Jerk Cluster 1.1.1 x 6 sets, 1:30 min – all moderate sets

B. Power Snatch, 2 tng reps every 30 sec x 5 minutes

C. Power Clean to OH, 2 tng reps every 30 sec x 5 minutes

D. Gym practice – HS Walks, HSPU, TTB, PU, RD

AMRAP 7 minutes

3-5 Pullups or toes to bars

25ft HS walk or 4-6 HSPU or 6-8 push-ups 

25 Double Unders/50 single unders
