A. Back Squat @ 20×1, 5 reps every min x 10 minutes – start small and build
B. EMOM x 10 Minutes:
1st – 3-5 Push Jerk @ high load
2nd – 5-7 DB Bent Over Rows @ 20×0 * can use KB’s here
C. AirDyne, 18 sec ALL OUT every 2:30 min x 5 sets

C. AMRAP in 5 Minutes – Strict HSPU (Bree Vanhove got 37 — DAMMMMMNNN /Ring Pushups/Pushups
D. 3 Rounds For Time:
20 Double Unders
10 Power Cleans @ 75lbs
