A. Squat Snatch. Snatch Balance. Overhead Squat 1.1.1 every min x 10 minutes: – all moderate loading

B. Squat Clean. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean. Split Jerk 1.1.1 every min x 10 minutes – all moderate loading

C. EMOM x 16 minutes:

1st – 2 Strict Deficit HSPU @ 40×1

2nd – 3-5 Ice Cream Makers – no Dip

3rd – 2 Weighted Ring Dips @ 20×0

4th – 3-5 Strict Pronated Pullups

D. AMRAP in 5 minutes-Double Unders
