Week 1- Tuesday – Skills + Upper EMOM (High Gym Component) + Partner Based Mixed Map
A. Double Unders, 30 sec on/30sec off x 3 sets
B. EMOM x 10 minutes:
1st – 10 Toes to Bar
2nd – 10 HSPU
C. Ring Muscle Up, 1-2 reps every 1-2 min x 5-7 sets
D. 5 sets @ high effort/ work 1:1 with a partner
10 Cal Rowing
10 Burpees over Box 20/24″
10 Thrusters 65/95
