Southwest Barbell:
Tuesday – Sn Int + Sn Pulls + IGT

A. Overhead Squat, 1 tough rep every min until a tough set

B. Squat Clean. Below Knee Hang Squat Clean. Split Jerk 1.1.1 every min x 10 minutes

C. Ring Dips, 1-3 weighted RD every 30 sec x 15 sets

D. HSPU, 1 tough rep to Deficit every 30 sec x 15 sets
