Monday – Bsq Test + Bsq Int % + Vertical CP
A. Back Squat, work to a tough set of 5 -build from last week
B. Back Squat @ 20×1, 5 reps @ 91% of A x 3 sets, 3 min
C. Press, 1 tough rep every 30 sec x 10 sets -build to your heaviest set
D. Strict Pullup, AMRAP unbroken x 3 sets, 1:30 min –
-do banded pullups scaled
